chances4change - Next Phase

chances4change has successfully delivered its four year programme under the Big Lottery Fund Well being programme.

Thanks to the Big Lottery Fund Supporting Change and Impact funding, 14 projects under chances4change have been successful in securing Supporting Change funding and 10 out of these 14 also receive Impact funding to sustain their work.  This funding programme has 2 strands: Supporting Change funding, up to £10K is to support activities that help sustainability; Supporting Impact funding is to support activities of the project for a further 12 months, until end of March 2013.
